G8 is the first festival on the Russian market that brings together all the creative industries. This year the festival will be held for the fifth time on September 9-10 in Moscow at the ZIL Culture Center. Topic of this year - “Releases”. More than 100 speakers from different fields will exclusively present their new projects.

The festival will feature over 14 creative industries, from cinema to street art. The section curators are representatives of leading media, advertising and creative agencies, architects, artists, entrepreneurs, designers and developers who will select speakers and form the G8 2021 program. 

Mitya Osadchuk, creative director of Mail.ru Group, together with the design team will present the headliner section of the festival - Design. Every year they bring together the most unusual and advanced professionals in the design industry.

The Design section will be supplemented by Katya Shashina, graphic designer, art director of the k • sh studio and leader of the Moscow design community Ladies, Wine & Design.

Denis Lapshinov, the founder of the creative agency SLAVA, will oversee the “Advertising and Video Production” section. SLAVA is the most effective independent agency in Russia in terms of the Effie efficiency index.

Nikolay Ryndin, an artist in the fifth generation, author and presenter of the youtube channel about art “ARTOBSTREL”, will present section of  “Contemporary Art” at the festival

Natasha Klimchuk will form the program of the "Education" section again. Natasha is the co-founder of Bang Bang Education, an online design and illustration school and community for designers.

The Music section will be supervised by Alexander Fedyushkin, a producer and sound designer at the Musical Wave School, an innovative educational project helping to start creating and performing contemporary music.

Roman Goroshkin is the permanent curator of the Games section and business development manager at MY.GAMES Venture Capital. The goal of the company is to develop promising companies and projects in the field of gaming business.

Alexey Zotov, director, screenwriter and co-founder of the “Pitchings” community and popular media for young filmmakers, will present the Film Industry at the festival.

The “Photography” section will be curated by Dima Gushchin, a photographer and founder of Fundamental Agency.

Design Mate editorial director Anna Borges will curate a section of the subject design. Design Mate is a design media and information tool for people with good taste.

Andrey Chervonskiy, Head of Marketing at PRT Edelman Affiliate, will present the “Bloggers” section. The agency annually ranks high in industry ratings, being one of the most professional players in the communications market.

The curator of the Architecture direction at the G8 will be Sergey Nadtochiy, art director and junior partner of the ATRIUM workshop. Among the most significant projects in recent years are the Moscow youth center Planet KVN, the Barkli Park residential building, and the Vodny shopping and entertainment center.

Diana Smirnova is a curator of the “Publishing House” section and a producer of Storytel projects, one of the best streaming services through which people in Russia and other countries listen to audiobooks.

Sabina Chagina, curator of the URBAN ART direction of the Winzavod Foundation for the Support of Contemporary Art and co-founder of the “ARTMOSSPHERE Street Art Biennale, will be responsible for the program of the “Street Art '' section. 

Ivan Nefyodkin, co-founder, creative director of Radugadesign and Anna Smirnova, creative producer, will present a new “Media Art” section at the festival. For 13 years of its existence, the team has implemented more than 500 projects around the world. A recognizable feature of all Radugadesign projects is the unique balance between art and new technology.
