Samolet Group is keen on making experience of buying an apartment as comfortable and secure as possible: through the use of online services, better communication with potential customers and sheer financial stability of the company. This campaign purpose was to create in image of a reliable company that people, who probably never bought real estate before, can trust.
Ideas and solutions
When people decide to purchase an apartment for the first time, they get bombarded with bad experience stories from their peers and bloggers. Buying a dream apartment starts feeling like a nightmare. In this campaign we’re showing common myths of the real-estate market — those that can be avoided when buying at samolet.ru. The videos tell stories about a park which was promised but never built, a manager that never listens, never-ending construction works, and terrible renovation which has to be redone.
