Campaign goal was to tell people about moneyback guarantee provided by Yandex.Uslugi (Yandex.Services).There are many ways to solve household problems: asking neighbour for a favour, calling friends or relatives, finding some doers on social networks or even browsing through good-old classifieds. But none of those ways are as secure as Yandex.Uslugi, because only Yandex.Uslugi offers full moneyback guarantee in case customer is not satisfied with the result
Ideas and solutions
Videos tell a story about a girl who is looking for old-fashioned ways to solve everyday problems in her apartment and country house. All the "helpers" can’t do the job properly and just disappear without any compensation for damage. To dramatize the problem, they literally wash down the loo, fly away into the sunset or simply evaporate. By opposing these sad but funny situations to Yandex.Uslugi we show that the service is always responsible for the specialists and for the result
