Task

To raise an important social issue of homeless animals in shelters, sticking to RBC Style’s and the Gucci brand’s lifestyle theme.

Ideas and solutions

To draw the audience's attention to the problems of homeless animals and keep the style of communication light and pleasant, we created an entertaining social project. Animals from Superdog, Nika foundations, and Yuna animal rehabilitation center participated in this project. We made a photo portrait of each participant, a cat or a dog, with the photos featuring bags from the Gucci collection. The particular characteristic of the pictures was that we tried to recreate the effect of a casual and cozy "home" atmosphere: shooting with film, items of floral set design, and soft curtains in the background. And filming equipment intentionally caught in the frame emphasized that this is a staged home for cats and dogs, but each of us is able to give the pets a real home. We also created "best friend profiles" on behalf of the animals. A user could go to the shelter's website and adopt the pet he or she liked. We also dedicated a musical composition to each participant, which reflects the animal’s character, and all sounds of the instruments in the tracks were created using sampling of cats’ and dogs’ voices.
