Task
A client with extensive experience and significant cases in the field of commercial real estate (projects "Khlebzavod", "Red Arrow", etc.) was asked to make a cool, modern, unique creative website by design, while maintaining its functionality (booking commercial real estate in a cluster).
Ideas and solutions
How did we manage to do this? A significant stage of the work was the creation of "Supermetal" renderers, which so easily come to life, scale and change angles when scrolling the site. It turned out something like in video games, where game designers draw three-dimensional maps so that players do not get lost in spacious virtual worlds, but it is easier and without special requirements for hardware. At the same time, each user can examine in detail a visual model of the building from different angles. Having played enough with chiaroscuro, we animated the fundamental facade of the "capital Berghain" and made a breathtaking night flight over the buildings and inside the complex
