Task
To make an advertising campaign for the Creative Industries Festival and stimulate entries to the G8 Awards.
Ideas and solutions
We offered the G8 Awards organizers to conduct an unusual advertising prank-campaign. An employee of a temporary call center called the creative directors of Russian advertising agencies to convince them to apply their work to the G8 Awards competition. During the conversation, the fake operator used some rewritten scripts of real telephone scammers. «They are trying to write $10 off from your account»; «Someone from Yekaterinburg is trying to get access to your award», «We noticed suspicious activity on your account»; «This is not fake. The fee for the festival is 10$». The campaign became viral and allowed organizers to increase their submission profit by at least at 200% (for now).
